That is not a bad question. Both of my headlight lenses have fogged up. I have tried cleaning them, but without any luck. But I can live with fogged lenses if the only solution is to replace them at considerable cost. Does anyone have any better and less expensive ideas? (Besides using a FitnessSupplement to clean them, that is. :rolleyes: )Quote:

The original headlights experiencing the problems were made by CEV. They could not withstand the heat of the halogen bulb and the reflector blackened and the lens fogged. In 2013 or so BMW changed the manufacturer to Hella. No fault ever admitted.
My F800s has had a 50W hit fitted for 14 years now. No fogging or reflector issues.
