Seems the login page and subsequent displayed pages have gone wonky with over positioned images.
Noticed the F650 forum display has gone off too. IS it me or is we being invaded by the boogeymen and spammers?
The Vee Strom site still opens correctly. It's the BMW sites that are weird.

I kinda like the new look. Also like having my taxes go up.

I notice the same thing. The entire forum is completely messed up. Even the little faces are gone. (Insert sad face here.) And I can't access the New Posts button any more.

Please mister can we have the old site back? The https change doesn't look like it was for the better. I'm off to bed now, disillusioned, am hoping when I switch on the computer tomorrow by magic it'll all be fixed and back to normal.
I wish .............

Not adverse to change if it's for the better, sorry, this is not an improvement, even forum menus have disappeared under random boxes!

Hi all, don't complain, this time the tech staff was very fast. this morning, when I tried to access to the forum the page was in a mess, so I sent a mail to the tech staff support and they upgraded the forum engine immediately. then I found a mail from Terry to warn me about the problem, but I think that that the problem was already solved.
I'm sorry that the icons are gone, but we can solve this problem by ourselves.

Back to normal for me, too. Including the goofy wordy icons. Maybe it is time to just eliminate those things - along with points and award notifications. The only odd thing is that I had to log in today and the "new post" button seems to have lost is memory last night. But perhaps both of these matters were the result of the Tech repairs.

Well done and thank you Halfpint - all you Halfpints deserve a full pint for repairing the Forum so quickly.
I sent the email last night Guido and was still a problem this morning, you also deserve a big thank you for your input - now I can stop having to talk to the wife.

I've seen a mail last night, but I was almost asleep so I've read the mail only this morning, but what is really important is that the forum works and fortunately the tech staff this time has solved the problem very quickly.
regard to the icons, as Richards, I think that if we don't restore the icons there is one problem less that can affect the forum, as the point system and the awards notification, I would abolish all these things, but I cannot decide alone, if you agree we could try to abolish them and see if things go better.

Everything is back to normal again. I am all for abolishing the point and award system. Those things are useless, as far as I am concerned. Now if Half Pint sent us money for winning the awards I might feel differently. But then there would probably be a tariff on the award when it crossed the US/Canadian border.

Slowly but surely it looks like things are getting back to normal.

Just an observation, the 'Thank' tab is missing, but please don't bring it back if it's going to repeat the mayhem.

I agree. Things are working fine now. Don't touch anything or try to make any more improvements. Other than fixing the computer file uploader, of course.

the "thanks" button can be restored changing the setting, at the moment it is settled to appear only in the first post of each thread, this setting must be changed so that the "thanks" button appears in every post. unfortunately I don't know how to do it, or if I have the permission to do it, but surely HalfPint can do it.

Looks like it's not registering the change when I set it and reverts back to first post only. I've reported it to our techs to get it corrected.

Thanks for reporting these issues. We are tracking and crushing these tickets as they come. Some unfortunately are taking a little longer than others.
