    Been using the K1 quite a bit recently …. and I love it. Despite its 30 years of age I find it surprisingly modern riding, comfy, good brakes, good handling with a surprising turn of speed.

    I find the 16 v engine needs more revs than the old 8 valve motor to get it in the flow but once she does it's easy to find it flowing to silly speeds

    Went up the Horseshoe Pass the other day and there was a guy taking pics of the bikes. Found him on Facebook and he very generously gifted me the pics he'd taken

    Nice looking bike, not seen one on the roads here for a while.

    Guess there can't be too many still around in a roadworthy condition in the UK?

    A future classic maybe.

    I think last time I checked howmanyleft showed 8 on the road in the UK

    I'm hoping they'll be seen as a future classics, certainly doesn't seem a bad way to spend my pennies
