Fs - BMW F800 ST Touring 2013 - 17000 miles - Blue

This is an unfortunate sale for a biking buddy who has become a touch frail in old age and finds it difficult to move the bike about at low speed. It was only purchased from Bristol Fowler’s in Spring last year and has done about 200 miles since. I will get some better pics ASAP as these are pretty inadequate I know and will get details of servicing etc for any interested folk but I suspect it’s pretty up to date.
It’s a BMW F800 ST Touring on a thirteen plate less than 17.000 miles full luggage set.
Extras include :-
Spare seat,
Akrapovic end can, as well as oe silencer,
Crash bungs all round,
front and rear huggers plus side stand foot,
Bar risers,
Drive belt in very good condition.MOT august.
Small scratch on air box is where he fell off in the car park on our last ride and his knee cap became dislodged ... hence the sale. Bike is located in Portishead near Bristol.
Priced at £4250 ono.

BMW Blue F800 ST 2009 for sale £3400

In 2009 I bought a GSA1200 and my mate bought the F800st both brand new (Mid life crisis) Unfortunately he has sadly been diagnosed with parkinsons so he cannot ride any more.
Therefore:
Owners: One (Guaranteed)
Mileage: 12188 (Guaranteed)
Colour: Blue
Luggage: BMW panniers
Serviced : BMW Southport Superbikes from brand new every year till 2013. (Not ridden after this time, stored and then serviced by independent on 15/5/21 (Guaranteed)

New brake fluid
New engine Oil.

Cant say much more than this as its an unfortunate sale due to his condition.
He wasn't the type to rag it as this has been his one and only bike sadly.

Agree, but if the OP has already set their mind on an ST, then those examples seem to be worth checking out.

I am on UKGSER and have seen those two and I haven't fully discounted them , I thought they were both ' top end ' prices for Private Sale.

My mate has just bought a 09 with 8k absolutely mint like new for £2700 which I thought was fair.

Check eBay & Autotrader (if you haven't done so yet)

2nd hand prices are currently high due to the current global situation, and lack of new stuff. For the money of those ST's you'll get a 14 plate GT, which is newer at that point compared to the late range ST's.

I wish you good luck with finding another at that sort of money at this time of year.

Have you checked the Autotrader or MCN sites?

Should give you a view on current retail values.
