2008 F800ST for sale SW Chicagoland

With some regrets, we've decided to sell the 2008 F800ST we purchased last summer.
The bike's condition is near-excellent with few scratches and modest dirtiness in the engine bay. It shows 50,000 miles and runs near-perfectly.
I have made a very extensive set of modification upgrades, almost too many to list but I will try.
I have it listed on the local Craiglist page and it has a good group of photos there.
Low suspension/low seat option, seat height about 30.5", easy to reach the ground.
Well-maintained and needs nothing done. Runs perfectly.
Recent oil change, coolant change, brake fluid change.
Dealer inspected rear final drive and belt during recent recall check, no issues.
Newer final drive belt. Should last at least 20K.
New tires: Pirelli Angel GT2s, superb handling and in the rain.
Steering head bearings recently replaced.
Factory sidecase option. These are expanding with a steel mesh security liner. Can fit a full-face helmet easily.
Factory heated grip option.
Factory computer upgrade with gear indicator and other info items.
ABS option.
Factory centerstand, recently installed.
Two sets of keys with working "immobilizer" security fob.
Upgrades and modifications:
Rox 3.5" handlebar riser/setbacks. Extra-length cables installed to accommodate.
Madstad Engineering windshield system. Amazingly good wind management, adjustable. Quiet behind this excellent shield. Also have tiny stock one.
Vortex adjustable short dogleg levers. Originals included.
Suburban Machinery brand lowered footpegs, a $225 kit but necessary on the low seat version to keep knee bend within reason.
Frame sliders/body protectors.
Mirror extenders.
Aftermarket loud horn, wired with a relay for full power.
Fuse box for accessories, powered from a relay.
Power outlets in front for GPS and phone, both USB and SAE types. Also has switched SAE lead for battery tender (goes off when ignition is on to preserve the tender).
Ram 1" ball mount for phone or GPS.
Givi topcase and mounting rack, wired with auxiliary tail/brake lights.
Haynes shop manual. Taken-off stock parts included.
