I thought you might get a kick out of seeing a SdKfz Kettenkrad half-track motorcycle. Kind of neat, but I bet it wasn't cheap to build: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i5AP9_0EUm0

When we were there a few years back the owner had it outside and took a couple of my buddies out for a ride.

I am also a military vehicles enthusiast and 40 years ago I came close to buying one of these. I couldn't quite stretch to the price being asked and the owner wouldn't drop so I had to pass. Now worth 20x what I might have paid !

Still have my (now 55 year old) army 4x4 from then to keep me happy.

That is a beautiful model. I also have a model of a Kettenkrad, that I bought pre-made. It is about two feet long, with its trailer attached and there are two soldiers sitting in the vehicle. But it is not as detailed as is yours. When the sun comes up I'll take a photo and post it here.

Here is my military model display, such as it is.

Reminds me I did buy one of those model kits by Tamiya. Must be in a box somewhere in the attic. I must take a look !
